How fast does my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days by FedEx, DHL, BlueDart etc. The actual delivery depends on the shipping company terms and your location. Due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays which are beyond our control. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Once a package has left our facility, its delivery is subject to the terms of the shipping company. What if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your P-Magic bottle is damaged during transit (shipping), please email us with pictures of the bottle immediately on receipt without opening or removing it from its transparent packaging. Please send all claims to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. We will send you a new bottle at no extra charge and the delivery person will collect the damaged bottle, subject to the following condition: the bottle is in its original packaging, is not opened
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
We don’t offer any returns / refunds due to COVID-19 health and hygiene security concerns. Order placed online cannot be cancelled. We also do not offer refunds for packages delivered later than the "guaranteed" shipping date by the shipping company.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost depends on your location. You will see the shipping cost, when you enter your shipping address to the shopping cart page. International Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and clearance at their country of import.
