If your P-Magic bottle is damaged during transit (shipping), please email us with pictures of the bottle immediately on receipt without opening or removing it from its transparent packaging.
Please send all claims to support@thepmagic.com along with your order number.

We will send you a new bottle at no extra charge and the delivery person will collect the damaged bottle, subject to the following condition: the bottle is in its original packaging, is not opened and the content (the powder) is intact. We will not be able to replace the bottle if the aforementioned rule is violated due to health and security concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic.
